How often do we meet?

As of Fall 2019 the co-op runs clubs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-3pm.

Do I have to do both days and attend all day?

There isn’t a minimum or maximum days or clubs in order to participate

What is the cost?

Most clubs are $10 per club, per kid. We also often have free club or two throughout the year.

There is a $10 supply fee each term for those not facilitating.

Is there a yearly membership fee?

No. see “What is the cost”

Is there an age limit? Age minimum?

All ages are welcome!

What classes do you offer?

Classes vary term to term based on what kids want to do and parents want to lead.

What is the volunteer commitment?

This is the heart of how a co-op flourishes! We are a family led co-op and this requires our families to volunteer in order to make our amazing activities happen!

Each term, a parent from each family needs to help facilitate a club or volunteer for 2 activities in order to fulfill their volunteer requirements.
There are multiple volunteer opportunities offered throughout the year so you can find what works best for your family. Some examples are helping at community swaps, holiday events, leading/assisting clubs, clean up after clubs, opening and closing help.

A $20 volunteer donation can be made in lieu of volunteering if you are not able to do so.

How can I save money? Discount for more than one kid?

Yes…sign up to lead! Or assist.

Are you peanut and fragrance free?

We strive to be a safe environment for all. For the safety and health of all of the families that make up our co-op we have two allergy policies that all families must agree to, to participate in co-op activities.

We are a peanut-free and tree nut-free environment. Peanut and tree nut allergies are often severe (may cause anaphylaxis). This includes lunch time at the park.

We are also a fragrance-free environment. While at co-op, please refrain from applying cologne, perfume, essential oils, after shave, hairspray with fragrance, and/or any other scented products due to the concern that they may trigger allergic reactions and/or create health problems for other co-op participants.
